This is based on a combination of our own checks, as well as feedback from past customers.

This thorough initial check is followed by an on-going quality assurance program to ensure these standards are being maintained for the benefit of shoppers using Shopferret.

As a part of this program any customer complaints received are put to the merchant and if the action or explanation does not satisfy the customer, the merchant will lose their Shopferret Certificate, thus holding merchants accountable and putting the power in the hands of the consumer.
