Description: This beautiful estate makes a luxurious base from which to explore the Mornington Peninsula. You will arrive at 2pm for a warm welcome, before checking in to your Garden Room for your two night stay. Your accommodation comes complete with a queen bed, ensuite, garden views, TV and decadent waffle robes. Spend your day exploring the estate and making use of the tennis court, indoor spa pool, billiards room or row boat on the lake. If you're looking for something more relaxing, you might want to book in at the spa retreat for a massage (additional cost) or laze by the lake on the day beds, have a drink on the terrace or curl up with a good book by the fire in the drawing room. In the evening you will enjoy a two-course dinner in the Brasserie Restaurant, followed by a gourmet breakfast the next morning. Included in your package is a special treat. Choose your favourite activity or one youve never tried before A luxury sailing adventure on Port Phillip Bay or a thrilling Ocean Rafting ride to see the Phillip Island seals up close on Westernport. Or perhaps you'd prefer a horseback ride through the scenic Peninsula wineries. One of these three hour adventures is included for two guests. Back to the Estate for some rest and relaxation. Dinner this evening is free time so choose from the wonderful local dining options or stay in at the Estate and try a change of scenery by dining on the Terrace or in the Formal Dining Room. On day three awake to a delicious gourmet breakfast and an a late check-out at 12 noon.

Description: You will enjoy learning the circus trapeze in this circus skills workshop! At your flying-trapeze workshop, your instructors will warm you up with specific stretches and take you to a 'ground' level practice bar. Your safety belt is fitted and you will learn, on the practice bar, the 'position' to be performed whilst swinging. You will be instructed how to 'take-off' on your first flight, with an instructor holding you at all times in your safety harness! The first trick learned is called a 'knee-hang'. Once you have mastered that in just a few swings you can also easily learn how to complete a 'back-flip' down to the net. After 4 or 5 practise swings you are briefed for your big finale, the 'Catch'! One of our catchers will take you by the wrists as you release yourself from the bar and, hey presto, you'll be swinging from the catcher as though you were in the circus! You will have 2 attempts at the catch at the end of your workshop, and for your efforts you and a friend will be rewarded with a certificate for the tricks you have mastered. This experience is 90 minutes in duration.

Description: Your day starts when we pick you up from your accommodation. This will be sometime between 11am and 12 noon. You then get to sit back and relax as we travel up the Sunset Coast to the boat harbour. Once at the boat harbour you will board our whale watching vessel, ready to embark on a two-hour journey of a lifetime! As we push off into the wide blue waters of the Indian Ocean you will get sit back in the comfort of our large, state-of-the-art passenger vessel. Let the whale watching begin! Keep your eyes peeled. You never know when one of these majestic beauties may swim into view. Every year, from September to December, these gentle giants can be seen at play, frolicking in the waters just off the harbour. Was that a massive tail slapping the water? Perhaps youll be lucky enough to see a whale breach, throwing itself out of the water in a magnificent display of might. Youll want to take advantage of our large open deck to capture some spectacular photographs along the way. After two wonderful hours out on the harbour, we will return to land, where you will enjoy some free time at the beach, on the shopping boardwalk or at the Aquarium of Western Australia. Entry into the aquarium is included in the package so its well worth your while to take some time to explore this underwater empire. This is Australias largest aquarium and boasts a collection of beautiful corals, giant sharks, rays and turtles. Wander through Australias largest underwater tunnel, embarking on an underwater adventure to discover the colour, diversity and magic of life beneath the waves. Description: Starting at our rustic stables within Centennial Park you will be prepared with the necessary equipment for horse riding. The trip itself is a one hour fully guided horse ride around Centennial Park including full pre-brief, quick riding hints and tips and lots of other info you may wish to learn about. PLEASE NOTE: This ride is approximately one hour in duration, however, if the rider is more experienced the duration may be shorter, due to the fact the the track is a specific length. Description: This high-energy breakdown and re-assembly team activity creates a fun, engaging and challenging team-building session, ideal as a side event for your next conference or meeting! Played indoors or out, with five members to a team and teams placed deliberately in view of each other, the session uses music to set the scene with PowerPoint flowchart instructions and short debrief questions after each stage of the activity. The Gadget is made up of a frame that is built out of special plastic tubes and metal joiners held together under tension. The frame must be dismantled and processed through a special hole in a board, and then reassembled in the fastest time possible! For those of you who are wondering how quick it can be done, the Worlds best practice is under thirty seconds! The activity is made up of several practice sessions and timed runs and these can be split up through out the day of your conference to keep the energy high. Each team improves throughout the sessions trying to equal or better this benchmark until finally the session concludes with a dramatic finale. At the end, facilitated debriefs draws the group experience together with a clear message that shows the power of teamwork and information sharing. This activity is great fun and also has some great training outcomes around teamwork and innovation.
