 These guys are Apple gurus and manage to maintain both cheap prices and high levels of service. They didn't force me to create an account when I bought from them and sent a confirmation immediately so I could track the order. The ipod I bought took a day longer than I'd hoped to arrive, but I guess I was a little impatient. No issues buying with them again. Jerome 27/11/2007
