 Road Mogul had the lowest price on the Canon MV800i at the end of November and I was looking out for one. They were however out of stock, but after emailing them I was told they would get one in for me in a few days and it would be sent. So I then continued on to order via their easy ordering system and transferred the money via internet banking straight away. Everything was done quickly, however the warehouse made a simple little mistake and forgot to send off my camera. After emailing them again four days later asking if they were sure it had been sent off, their sales rep found that my camera had not been sent off BUT did the right thing and got it sent through Australian Air express straight away. The duration of the affair would have probably been the same had the package been sent of via normal shipping so I was glad. I have dealt with many other companies and none have offered me same day email support and dealt with problems as promptly as Road Mogul did. I recommend them to anyone who wishes to purchase any Digital Imaging equipment. R 8/12/2005
