 Sony Erricsson phone 3 years ago, arrived in 3 days, as did the replacement when the first one was stolen. Invoice dint have the IMIE no. on it which made warranty work more difficult to access- generally very good, I am planning to buy a new phone from them now David Martin 17/07/2006
