 there was some delay in the beginning as I had not stated the camera I needed my lens for and customer support had to chase me up, then delays with delivery as I did not realize the delivery was by Aus Post at my end, on both occasions it was my error and customer support were fantastic... what better service can you ask for when the customer is at fault. Product and price are excellent and they made what could have been a bad experience very easy. Shipping.. had I not missed the mailman would have been quicker from Hong Kong that domestic in Aus. Thank you guys for your help and I will be coming to you first for my shopping next time. Ali 18/03/2008

 A great online shopping experience. I had ordered choosing the incorrect payment option and had to cancel the first order, which was not a problem at all after emailing the support person. The second time I did it correctly and received prompt reply on status of the order. Receipt of payment, shipping status etc. The camera was delivered in perfect condition and in record time.  my sony P1i was ordered late on 16/11, and arrived on 21/11..only because I missed the first delivery attempt the day before! there was an initial hesitation about ordering online from these guys, but the speed of reply to my enquiry during shipping, and the speed of delivery and low price of item have by far exceeded my expectations.I even got a further discount off low price! no english manual, but i can get that on product website.very impressed.I know these reviews look fake, and some of the other companies i saw even had employees leaving reviews..which is obvious!but Portagadgets have been great, will use again!...Thanks-bjt bjt 23/11/2007
