 I tried to purchase a DSLR using my credit card that is from a foreign country. They would not accept it on their website nor would they accept it over the phone.  Greating pricing - provides great serice to get the sale but thats it... how about some after sales service "thank you" calls/letters to your regular customers....seems to be your typical on line "best price - no service provider".... local phone calls and emails gone unanswered until I phone...
