Easy to order Customer support Delivery on time Product met expectation	I am a first time buyer through Unique Mobiles and was very pleased with the process of buying online through this company. The ordering and payment process was straightforward (I used their direct deposit method) and I received multiple emails from Customer Support at each step of the process advising order received, payment processed, item despatched, courier tracking advice and warranty info. Couldn't fault the service and the product was exactly as advertised (LG GC900 Viewty Smart Black - Unlocked). Selling for around $700 through Bigpond and I paid $191 using Unique Mobiles. Easy to order Customer support Delivery on time Product met expectation	I purchased Samsung i600 from Unique Mobiles. Purchasing and delivery was easy and efficient, my problems started when I tried to configure MMS on the phone. It would appear that the phone has some Vodaphone dedicated software that makes configuring MMS impossible (Optus) in fact the proceedure in the manual cannot be followed as the screens described are not available on the phone. I am aware that similar problems can occur with various carriers but my complaint is that Unique Mobiles will not even reply to e mails to try and resolve this problem. The "Service Dept" if indeed it exists, has not replied once to my repeated requests for help. Based on my experience customers should be aware that after sales problems could give you a bad impression of Unique Mobiles.	Bernard	15/09/2009
